Working with internal IT goes beyond solving helpdesk tickets in Jira. This is the team that set the foundation for our network infrastructure across all offices, oversees device management and security, and manages our internal IT tech stack. Our Company IT team is growing and this is your chance to join and continue to improve our internal IT end-user experience as we’re looking for an IT Specialist to join.

As our new Company IT Specialist, you will be based out of our Aarhus office and become part of our department responsible for all internal end-user IT operations, support and maintenance across our Lunar locations in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo.
You will join a team of highly competent and passionate IT professionals who love to create exceptional employee experiences through tech and support.
The core focus of this role is to oversee our Microsoft Intune MDM and Microsoft Defender EDR platforms, ensuring our devices adhere to necessary security requirements in close collaboration with our Head of IT Security. However, together with the rest of the team you will also be focusing on:
On-site support of end-users and office hardware e.g. video conference equipment, workstation hardware, monitors, network connections, printers etc.
Ensuring preparation of new equipment during onboarding of employees and refurbishment of existing/used equipment
Setup and support of SAML, SCIM, API integrations and dataflow between Lunar’s identity provider and internal and external systems
Evaluate new systems and implement them into the day-to-day operations, while contributing to unleashing the full potential of our existing tools and platforms
Facilitate and contribute to Company IT projects e.g. automation of workflows, streamlining ways of working, system implementations etc.
Troubleshooting and solving day-to-day challenges related to our daily IT operations, both through our ticketing system as well as helping out your colleagues at their desks as we enjoy being visible, proactive and approachable in the office space.
Ensuring procurement of necessary hardware and software
Define guidelines and how-tos for all the amazing Lunar employees
Collaborate with our office managers to ensure full alignment of our Company IT hardware and software setup across locations

You’re a person with passion and previous experience in tech and end-user support in a similar role
You communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal. It is a plus if you speak Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian
- Preferably you have experience administering, using and/or troubleshooting:
Prior knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM) and Microsoft Defender (EDR) is expected
MacOS and Windows environments (we are mainly MacOS-based)
Knowledge of Apple MDM/ABM is a big plus, including Kandji Device Management
Google Workspace
Cloud and/or SaaS application management and support
Cloud-based Identity Providers such as Okta, SCIM, SAML, SSO and Access Management
